2. Service Descriptions
The Company provides web design, hosting support, digital assets, and related services. All descriptions, pricing, timelines, and deliverables listed on this Site are subject to change without notice.

3. Payments & Refunds
Payments for services are due as stated in your invoice or service agreement. All digital design and development services are non-refundable, as time, strategy, and labor are delivered from the moment work begins. Monthly hosting, management, and support fees are billed on a recurring basis until canceled according to your service agreement. Failure to pay may result in delayed delivery, suspension of service, or removal of hosted materials.
4. Timelines & Client Responsibilities
Project timelines depend on the client providing requested materials (copy, logos, images, approvals) in a reasonable timeframe. Delays in providing materials will extend project timelines. The Company is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete information, slow responses, or changes requested by the client after work has begun.
